I’d like to again thank Trevor for his very speedy assistance and honesty. One of my tenants, previously managed through a lettings agent, had a problem with their boiler. Despite my instructions to always use Trevolution on my properties the agent called out their own plumber to fix it.
They then called me to say the plumber might be able to repair the boiler. A circuit board needed replacing which would cost over £300 then with labour could be well over £500 – and the plumber recommended I just replace the boiler.
I immediately rang Trevor and he went to have a look. On inspection he quickly found a problem with a micro-switch and repaired it while he was there at a total cost of £54, saving me at least £500 and potentially much more.
Once again another job well done, extremely quickly, and I will continue to recommend Trevor from Trevolution to all my family and friends.

A doctor would always say prevention is better than cure, and that is similar for an insurance broker, we would advise proactive property maintenance is better than reactive maintenance. However, when x hits the fan and you need an immediate reaction your reliant on the efficiency of other people or businesses.
Thankfully, I am frequently reminded of the excellent service Trevolution offer and when a client who has landlord insurance required some assistance, as their tenants’ neighbour complained about an ingress of water, Trevolution where out at the property in impressive time to review the situation.
Fortunately, in this instance the issue was relatively minor. Whilst I hope my clients don’t have any claims, if ever there is an issue with burst pipes or an escape of water I’m reassured to know a company like Trevolution who can act swiftly to minimise any damage and disruption.

We have been having a few issues with the heating in our home, our landlord had sent a plumber out who did nothing but turn the thermostat up on the radiator, but the house was still cold! I was away working in Turkey and temperatures back home reached -10C and I get a phone call from the wife complaining. So, I messaged Trevor from Trevolution at 18.00pm UK time, 09:30 the following morning he is at my house and spots the fault straight away, The Room Stat was not connecting to the clock on the boiler and orders one straight and temporary fixes the fault so wife and children could be warm while I was in Turkey. I cannot thank Trevor enough for getting this sorted and stopping the wife giving me earache. His quick response and diagnosis meant that my family could be warm. He also spotted a leak on the pipe causing the pressure to drop so sorted while he was there.

I recently moved house and needed a new combi-boiler, I wanted a Valiant model as this was what I had installed at the previous house, and the new boiler needed to be put in a different position to the existing one.
I contacted T Revolution who made an appointment to look and quote for the work to be done.
Trevor turned up on time which I really appreciated as you don’t often get that level of service.
Trevor talked me through the Valiant combi-boiler that would suit my needs.
I received a quote the same afternoon which Trevor said he would do, this again is excellent customer service.
I confirmed the quote was acceptable and a date was given to do the work.
The engineers turned up on time and were very polite. I could see that they had pride in their work, they did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves.

I would like to bring your attention to my great experience I recently received from your company. Your company was recommended to me by Zebra Electrical as my Vaillant boiler needed a service to keep it within the terms of it’s 10 year guarantee.
Our first contact was by email with Amberly who promptly offered a choice of dates for the following week. On the agreed date, traffic in Kendal was chaos with the M6 closed. However Jayce the Engineer still marrived as planned. Once my boiler was serviced, I received a thorough report of actions carried out. I look forward to contacting you again next year.

I wanted to provide a testimonial for Trevor from Trevoultion. I own a rental property in Lancaster, and for some time, I have had issues with the boiler. Previously I have used other plumbers in the area, and whilst they attended, replaced and charged me, they never resolved the issues.
I asked Trevor to take a look and advise me of the work that needed doing, but before we could arrange for this to happen, the boiler stopped working, I had guests coming in that afternoon, and time was against me. I called Trevor, and he came within an hour; he provided a temporary fix and showed us how to ensure the boiler could be kept working for the current guests.
Then we had a leak from a tap! I couldn't determine where the leak was coming from; Trevor was superb, he came to me to collect the keys, he went to the property, determined the problem, and within 24 hours, he had fixed the leak and replaced the tap.
Then the boiler went again! This time I called Trevor, and even though he was heading out of Lancaster, he pulled over his van, ran across the bridge and came and fixed it within 20 mins! I couldn't believe the service and the genuine care and support.
Now Trevor has been able to do a full replacement of the boiler; we have a new and efficient system; Trevor has been on hand to check it is working and even popped back to do a timer test too. Every time he came to collect the keys from different locations, he took all the stress away, dropped the keys back off, and sorted any issues. I can not speak highly enough of not just his workmanship and that of his team, but the outstanding customer service his company offers.
I would not hesitate to recommend Trevolution Plumbers and Heating Engineers.

I asked Trevor to replace 4 radiators in my house. He visited the house and measured the rooms and I explained what I wanted to change. He advised me on the size and power of the radiators needed for the rooms they were in. He priced the job quickly and emailed me an estimate the same day.
I contacted him again when I was ready for the job to be done and a date was arranged quickly to complete the job. On the day, 2 people arrived and again I explained what was needed and they set about the job quickly and efficiently. Importantly to me the work was done with minimum fuss and without making any mess. The new radiators were ready and working later the same day.
